Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing us. To provide you with an organized, safe, and high-quality experience, please keep the following in mind.

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. It may be transferred only if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes & Cancellations

Appointments must be modified at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling outside the established timeframe is not guaranteed.

Punctuality

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this time, the appointment may be cancelled or adjusted based on availability. Late arrivals may affect the outcome of the service.

Touch-Up (Micropigmentation)

The service includes one touch-up within 30 to 45 days. Outside of this period, an additional fee will apply.

Skin Condition

To ensure optimal results, it is essential to inform us in advance if you have had previous procedures in the area, have skin sensitivity or irritation, or are using products or treatments such as retinol, acids, or acne medication. Failing to disclose this information may affect the outcome and the procedure.

Payments

The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.
